Repairs

At Carrick we base all our work on a solid experience in computer troubleshooting and repair. Our technicians are among the best around, priding themselves on an accurate and quick (thus cost effective) diagnosis. Technicians at Carrick all have years of experience with computer diagnosis and repair. Repairs can be carried out in our workshop, but we can just as easily come out to your home or business. We also offer support packages for business, giving you the convenience of a technician on-call and able to come to your premises as the need arises. Rates for repair work are listed below.

In-Store Repairs: $55/hour for the first hour, $45/hour thereafter. * †

On-Site Repairs: $65/hour for the first hour, $45/hour thereafter. †

* The amount of time to be spent on a job will be discussed with the customer or else we will ring and discuss the progress if more time is needed.

† A 10% discount on technical work applies to educational institutions. This does not apply to components.


Support Packages

Organisations with regular and ongoing IT needs may prefer the convenience and peace of mind of a support package. The terms and conditions associated with our support packages are here. The features of a support package are listed below.

  • Technician available for telephone or on-site support from 9am - 6pm, 7 days a week.
  • Low waiting time for a technician. You ring, and a technician is at your premises within an hour.
  • Discounts on the normal price of onsite technical work.
  • 5% discount on the price of replacement parts if they are needed.
10 hours per month $525 with 6 callouts * †
25 hours per month $1250 with 15 callouts * †
50 hours per month $2375 with 30 callouts * †
100 hours per month $4500 with 60 calllouts * †
